"It's.. weird," he said after a bit, biting his lip. "I've never really been to the east coast before."

George Michael nodded, then realized that sounded like he was dissing the city.

"Not that I don't like it! It's just... very different from California. And we're not staying in a hotel. The company has a model home here we're staying at. It's always so weird to stay in the other ones because they look just like our house!"

He forced a laugh, hoping he wasn't being ultimately strange.
